A Florida lawsuit filed by Benessere Investment Group accuses Eric Swider of unlawfully accessing the Box account of Patrick Orlando, ARC II's CEO, in an attempt to gain control of ARC II and complete a takeover of Digital World Acquisition Corp. (DWAC), the company behind Truth Social. Benessere alleges that Swider obtained confidential information from Orlando's Box account with Orlando's stolen Mailchimp account credentials. The lawsuit also names Andrew Cano as a defendant, accusing him of conspiring with Swider and promising to become DWAC president in exchange for helping access the account.
